Hardanger Feriesenter is in a great location on the Hardangerfjord and only 3km. away from the center of Norheimsund. The camping pitches are located directly on the water and while sitting under the awning you can enjoy the view of the fjord and the Folgefonna glacier. Hardanger Feriesenter is located directly on the “7”, 1 of the National Turistveger in Norway. Tip: the route over the Hardangervidda from Geilo is very beautiful. Via the spectacular Hardanger Bridge you can continue the trip over the “7” which runs directly along the fjord. A day visit to Bergen (80km.) from the campsite is also doable. The Steindalsfossen waterfall is also well worth a visit. Fun fact: you can walk behind the waterfall. Really nice.
