Beautifully located campsite at 20km. distance from Odda with a number of beautiful places right on the Maurangerfjord. Beautiful view of the Bondhus glacier and the Bondhus valley.
Sundal Camping is located in the village of Mauranger near the Folgefonna glacier. Since the opening of the Folgefonna tunnel, the campsite is easily accessible from Odda (20km.). The location of the campsite is very beautiful. Directly on the Maurangerfjord (side branch of the Hardangerfjord) and with a view of the Bondhus glacier and the Bondhus valley. The summer ski area of Folgefonna is an hour's drive away and a day trip to Bergen (approx. 100km.) is also possible. Sundal Camping has a number of cabins and an apartment for rent. The camping pitches are partly on gravel and partly situated on grass. The places directly on the fjord are very beautiful. Canoes and boats are rented at Sundal Camping. You can fish for salmon and trout in the adjacent river.
