Fosseng Camping Bardu is a real family campsite. The young owners not only pay a lot of attention to the guests, but also to the campsite. And that is reflected. The campsite has been beautifully refurbished in recent years and special (gravel) camper pitches have been created. The campsite is located directly along the E6, so ideal if you are passing through.

Located along the North Cape route between Narvik and Tromso

Fosseng Camping Bardu is located in an impressive environment between the E6 (North Cape Route) and the river Salangselva. The campsite is roughly located between Narvik (60km.) and Nordkjosbotn (100km.) where the E6 intersects with the E8 which runs to Tromso. The campsite is a popular overnight stop for campers on their way to Senja, Tromso or the North Cape. Due to the casual atmosphere at the campsite, many campers often stay longer than intended, or stop by for a night on their way back.

At Fosseng Camping Bardu

The campsite has a number of cozy cabins and a beautiful glamping tent. The sanitary facilities are well maintained and there is free WIFI. The price/quality ratio is excellent. The campsite is spacious and recently there are special gravel camper pitches. In addition, Fosseng Camping Bardu has grass pitches for campers with a tent or caravan.

Hiking in the Salangsdal, Fishing in Salangselva

Fosseng Camping Bardu is located in the natural Salangsdal, where you can go for wonderful walks or mountain bike tours. Fishing is possible in the adjacent river Salangselva. Golf enthusiasts can indulge themselves in Midt-Troms Golfklubb which is half an hour's drive away. Fosseng Camping Bardu is open all year round. In winter you can ski in the immediate vicinity. At 19km. distance is a ski slope.
