Lovisenberg Familiecamping near Kragero in the Telemark region

What a lovely place this is! You have to put some effort into it (access road is sometimes narrow), but then you also have something. A truly exceptional location right on the sea. Camping pitches are located on different terraces. The pleasant town of Kragero is easily accessible by bicycle. No camping equipment with you? No problem. You can rent cabins and hotel rooms at the campsite.

Camping pitches are scattered throughout the campsite. Often with a beautiful view of the sea or the fjord. Do you want to check the latest news or the weather forecasts (tip: pent.no)? No problem, you have free WIFI at Lovisenberg Familiecamping. Forgot to get groceries? There is a camping shop on the campsite where you can also buy fresh bread rolls in the morning. And there is a restaurant on the campsite, so you actually don’t have to leave the campsite!

Playground and play facilities

Your children will not be bored at Lovisenberg Familiecamping. The campsite has a large playground (with picnic tables), you can rent go-karts and if mum and dad want to play along, there is a mega chess game and a fun mini golf course.

Beach and swimming pool with large slide

Lovisenberg Familiecamping is located in the Sorlandet. This part of Norway is also called the Norwegian Riviera. Not for nothing ! Because here the sun shines most often. And so it’s super fine that the campsite has a beautiful sandy beach and also a natural swimming pool - WITH slide !! - which is situated high in the rocks. Lying in the pool or on one of the loungers you have a great view over the campsite and the fjord.

Location between Kristiansand and Oslo

Kragero is easy to reach via the E18 which runs from Kristiansand to Oslo. The campsite is also fairly close to the ports of Langesund and Larvik, so if you arrive by ferry you will immediately have a nice place to stay! Near Lovisenberg Familiecamping are beautiful bays, nice islands and pleasant villages such as Risor and Kragero.
