Sandhaland Camping is located in an incredibly beautiful location directly by the sea. Close to the picturesque town of Skudeneshavn, one of the best preserved old towns in Norway with no less than 225 white wooden houses. The campsite has basic sanitary facilities, but the location more than makes up for that. At Sandhaland Camping you camp directly by the sea. With beautiful sunsets. And recently the campsite has spectacular panoramic cabins. Built on the rocks directly by the water. Wow!
At Sandhaland Camping
Whether you want to camp in a hammock, tent, caravan or camper at Sandhaland Camping, if you arrive at the campsite on time, there is always a nice spot to be found. No camping equipment with you? Then check out the spectacular panorama cabins. At the campsite you will find a small playground with trampoline and sandbox. There is free WIFI. And you can relax in the sauna. Also with a beautiful view!
Panorama cabins
At most campsites in Norway you can rent cabins, but these panorama cabins at Sandhaland Camping are very special. The cabins are built on the rocks, right on the sea. Looking out of the large windows you can see the sea from very close by. The panorama cabins are very stylishly furnished and have a well-equipped modern kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet, 2 nice lounge chairs, a heater and a double bed. There are 3 different types.
Visit Preikestolen, Stavanger and Haugesund, “homeland of the Viking kings”
Sandhaland Camping is also an excellent location for a longer stay. In the immediate vicinity you will find beautiful beaches and you can take beautiful hikes. A visit to the beautiful cities of Haugesund (just over half an hour\'s drive) and Stavanger (2 hours\' drive including ferry) is also recommended. Even Preikestolen (just over 2.5 hours\' drive) can be reached from Sandhaland Camping.
