Camp Hamaroy is located in a beautiful spot right on the Vestfjord. The campsite has its own jetty with boat rental. You can also rent canoes and kayaks there. Most camping pitches and cabins are located directly on the water. What a view. In addition to the cabins, there are also 6 motel rooms available. Camp Hamaroy has a nice restaurant and pub with a cozy terrace. The sanitary facilities at the campsite have recently been renovated.

At Camp Hamaroy

Camp Hamaroy has had new owners since 2021 and they have thoroughly overhauled the campsite. The camping pitches have been improved, the cabins have been renovated and the campsite has good sanitary facilities. You will find a nice restaurant at the campsite, but you can also enjoy a drink on the terrace. And in the meantime enjoy the great view. You will also find a sauna and a hot tub on the campsite and kayaks, canoes and boats for rent. Camp Hamaroy also has a jetty and a fish cleaning area. NB! For the rental of the larger boats and for the camping pitches: 7th night is free.

Visit Lofoten - Campsite near Skutvik harbor

The distance to Skutvik harbour from Camp Hamaroy is only 20km. In Skutvik you can take the ferry to Svolvaer, “the capital” of the Lofoten. This crossing to the Lofoten is free and therefore very popular. Many campers on their way to the Lofoten spend the night at Camp Hamaroy. Sometimes also on the way back.

A fifteen minute drive from the E6

A large number of campers who spend the night at Camp Hamaroy stay longer than 1 night. They avoid the hustle and bustle of the E6 and appreciate the campsite\\\\'s facilities.
