Fagernes Camping is a very well cared campsite and you will notice it immediately upon arrival. At the reception you will be welcomed and extensively informed. If you arrive on time, you can choose a nice spot yourself, if you arrive late the owner will be happy to help you! The camping pitches for caravans and campers are paved (with grass under the canopy), for tents there are beautiful grass pitches directly on the water.

At Fagernes Camping

In addition to the camping pitches, there are beautiful hytter and apartments for rent at Fagernes Camping. At the campsite you will find 2 very well maintained sanitary buildings, one with large family bathrooms. And with a number of large kitchens. Complete with dishwasher. While you are cooking, the children can play outside in the large playground. Do not feel like cooking ? No problem, there is also a snackbar at the reception.

Strandefjorden, swimming and water trampoline

Fagernes Camping is located directly on the Strandefjord and therefore plenty of water fun! The campsite has a nice sandy beach and in the water there is always a large water trampoline in the summer. Very popular! Boats can also be rented at the campsite. You can go on a wonderful boat trip! Or do some shopping in Fagernes on the other side of the fjord.

There are various shops (including 2 large shopping centers), restaurants and gas stations and there are - especially in the summer - an enormous number of activities organized.
