Trysilelva Camping in Trysil in the Innlandet (Hedmark) region

Trysilelva Camping is within walking distance of the center of Trysil, right on the river Trysilelva. Here you can fish and swim well. The campsite was given a major overhaul in 2022. The site has been refurbished, the sanitary facilities have been renewed and a new reception has been opened. Trysilelva Camping is open all year round. In summer very popular with hikers, anglers and mountain bikers. In winter the campsite is very popular with winter sports enthusiasts, because Trysil has the largest winter sports area of Norway.

At Trysilelva Camping

The camping pitches at Trysilelva Camping are situated, both on gravel and grass. Some right along the river. The sanitary facilities have recently been renovated and look fine. The campsite has various sports and games facilities, including a small bicycle cross course for children, a playground, a sauna and a beach volleyball court. In addition to the camping pitches, there are 10 cabins for rent. Suitable for 2 – 6 people.

Walking distance to the center of Trysil

Trysilelva Camping is located just 600 meters from the center of Trysil. Trysil is a well-known winter sports resort and so there are various shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Winter sports in Trysil

Trysil\\\\\'s winter sports area is Norway\\\\\'s largest and very popular. In 2019, the Scandinavian Mountains Airport (40km.) opened just across the border in Sweden, making Trysil even easier to reach in winter. The cabins at Trysilelva Camping are also rented out in winter. The ski bus stops at the campsite.

Cycling and mountain biking in Trysil

The area around Trysilelva Camping is very popular with hikers, anglers and mountain bikers. Various routes have been set out in the mountains near Trysil and there is also a spectacular downhill course. Mountain bikes and (electric) bicycles can be rented in Trysil.
