Located between Oslo and Trondheim at the Swedish border
If you want to go from Oslo to Trondheim, you could "just" catch the E6, but you can also drive from Hamar to Elverum, Rena, Koppang and then to Solenstua Camping and then drive past the enormous Femunden (lake) via Roros to Trondheim . At Elverum you can also take the route along the Swedish border via Trysil. Beware of the regularly crossing reindeer and elk.
