Nice campsite right on Lake Femund, the largest lake in Norway after Mjosa. Batsto Camping Elga is located on the east side of the lake, so you can enjoy beautiful sunsets in the evening. Lake Femund is a paradise for anglers. Boats (with or without motor) can be rented at the campsite. A beautiful experience: a trip with the 100-year-old boat Faemund, which sails every day in the summer from Elga to the north side of Lake Femund. Batsto Camping Elga is within walking distance of the village of Elga where you will find a restaurant and a small supermarket. At Batsto Camping Elga there is a cozy area - the Fjosstuggu - which can be used free of charge by campsite guests. The room has a fireplace, a small library and free WIFI.
